Unwanted Goods/ Change of mind:
Should you wish to change your mind within 14 days from order date &/ purchases are unsuitable and you wish to return them to us ( ToolsConsumables) for credit &/ exchange then the following conditions shall apply:
- Goods must be returned within 5 working days from receiption.
- Our customer service department must be contacted in order to obtain a returns reference.
- All items should be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund.
- The management reserves the right to charge for repackaging where applicable.
- Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at customer’s expense, however we can arrange collection for £14.99.
- Returned articles must be suitably packed to endure transit.
- The management cannot accept any responsibility for damage(s) caused by your carrier.
- We cannot accept the return of any article specifically ordered for you.
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, your name, address and phone number, account number and order reference number (most of this information should be detailed on your invoice).
- In our quest to improve our service, we would appreciate you detailing reason(s) for returning goods.
Should any consignment be sent to you incomplete please contact our customer service department within 24 hours, who will be pleased to investigate this for you and to arrange for the completion of your order. Please be aware that back-ordered items that are “to follow” do not constitute shortages.
Should you receive any parcel from us that contains damaged goods this should be notified to customer services who will arrange for collection and replacement, within a reasonable time frame.
articles will be deemed acceptable by you If any damaged items have been used in any way and therefore will not be entertained for replacement. To avoid any doubt(s), nothing in this policy shall affect or modify your STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Please be advised that unlike power tools, consumables have no implied warranty.
- If a customer receives any faulty item(s) then it’s his/her duty to notify us within 24 hours from delivery. Our customer service department will endeavour to put matter right within a reasonable time.
- We will not entertain any claims made beyond our window of opportunity(24 Hours from delivery).
- We cannot & will not accept any responsibility for damage(s) or lost returned goods caused by your carrier.
- Return delivery will be free of charge whenever replacing any faulty article(s).
